The president, Kelvin Stephens, haven taken God on a challenge to prove God in his business and has been convinced that it is possible to prosper in the marketplace using God’s principles. So, when people who knew him in the past kept asking the ques on- “how did you do it?”, he became keen on sharing all he knew. He knew he was called to speak but was very cau ous not to go into something he wasn’t called for. However, this knowing that he will speak to people was deep in his heart and the passion of wan ng believers succeed made him cry out to God past midnight, a day in January of 2014, saying “Father, the people must be blessed. Use me or take my life now, provided I am heaven-ready.” 

In 2017, the Lord instructed him to create a structure for his business and taking the opportunity to also bless lives with that instruc on too, he organised a crash course to teach and train people how to structure their business. This was how DIMP was born (through the avenue of the DIMP Academy) and in February 2018, the training held with about 45 par cipants trained. We however restructured in 2020 when we got the leading of the Spirit to start the ministry and in 2023, we kicked off the academy rebranded to offer it as a cer ficate course to train believers in business and career, using it as a formal training pla orm at very affordable cost, breaking the financial constraints of being trained
