The year that wasn’t quite going as expected in my business. However, I made sure I kept my peace and relied strongly on the promises and the convenant I had with God! There were many times hope for a contract were dashed but I just looked past it and kept forging ahead. While my fiancee and I were worshiping God and praying during one of our weekly fast, I declared in faith saying- “I don’t care how many days are left for theyear to end, the year must deliver for me my financial inheritance because since 5 years ago when I started my business, I have never seen God leave me without a contract each year”.

On 28th of December, during a DIMP strategic planning tea meeting organised, I kept declaring that the year wasn’t over and that people should keep their hopes alive. To that meeting, I and my fiancee took public transport and I remember telling her that I needed a car and that I believed I didn’t put out my faith for a car someone displayed to sell on whatsapp. So, after the meeting, we asked one of the participant to drop us off on the way. This wasn’t pleasant to me but I just wanted us to have an easy movement because it was dark. When we got down, I told my fiancee that I was convinced that we really need a car to make our work easier. I said if I don’t get one, the work God is sending me to do in DIMP Ministry will be drawn back and the people might not receive the word I tell them well because they may have concluded that they don’t see the evidence. God heard me!

On the next day; 29th of December, while I was just drifting into sleep, I received a call from a king’s secretary that the king wants my company to produce some souvenirs for his Christmas Children’s Party. It wasn’t until 31st December before it was concluded and a deposit was paid. The downside is that it was to be used on the 4th of January, staff were on vacation, all the merchant who could help were gone for vacation too and the new year day is a day you can’t really get anybody to do such jobs. The price were high but I kept declaring that if God gave me the job, then He will provide me the means to get it done and deliver it.

While I was praying during a morning devotion, I was offering thanks to God for the Job and the Holy Spirit asked me to look at the time the call came in, behold it was 11:11pm. Then He said to my heart that was an 11th hour miracle and the scripture from Psalm 62:11 sounded loud in my Spirit- “Once has He spoken plainly, and twice have I heard that power belong to God.” I have learnt that prophetically, when a number or revelation repeats twice, it means that you should take action because it will surely come to pass (Hebrew 6:18). The Spirit of God caused men to move for me night and day and I was able to deliver the work on the morning of the event being 4th of January. The sweetest part of it is that I got a better version of the car I didn’t buy earlier and costed exactly the profit I made from the job. The car I spoke to God about, I have it now. This God is more than enough! Hallelujah!
